Some crimes, such as robbery of one’s wallet may occur so rapidly, by practiced criminals that immediate preventive or even reactive actions may not be feasible.

a “Throw-Away” and a “Keep / Stash” wallet.
In simple terms, the throw-away wallet contains enough money to do slight daily business while at the sane time providing enough of a bounty that a criminal would not lash out at the victim in anger.
